1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
📸 Unboxing video or clear photos are mandatory for return approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
- Normal wear & tear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email with order details
- Attach photos/videos showing the issue
- Our team will review and approve the return
- Return instructions will be shared if approved

4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. Replacement
- If the product is eligible, we may offer replacement instead of refund
- Replacement shipping time may vary based on availability
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping cost will be covered by Roadcart only for approved cases
- If return is due to customer error, shipping cost will not be refunded
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
