1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

📸 Unboxing video or clear photos are mandatory for return approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email with order details
  2. Attach photos/videos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the return
  4. Return instructions will be shared if approved

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. Replacement

  • If the product is eligible, we may offer replacement instead of refund
  • Replacement shipping time may vary based on availability

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost will be covered by Roadcart only for approved cases
  • If return is due to customer error, shipping cost will not be refunded

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
